A Lebanese shawarma joint that started in 1979 as a street-corner juice stand. Chairs spill onto the pavement under green neon, and plenty of people pull up and take away. Chicken shawarma heavy on toum (garlic sauce) is the default, with cheese manakish or hummus and fattoush on the side. A half grilled chicken meal with fattoush and hummus is AED 40, so two people eat well for little. Open until 2 am, which makes it a good late-night stop.
