Every evening a vacant lot beside the Helio Center south of the centre turns into a night market. It's bigger and tidier than Son Tra, built around a lawn set with shared tables where you sit with whatever you've bought. Strings of bulbs hang overhead and there's often live music. Across the road a small local fairground keeps its rides turning, so it's full of families with kids.
