You walk to the very end of a narrow alley off Hoàng Diệu to find it. Stacks of bánh xèo and lemongrass pork skewers (nem lụi) hit the table, and you roll them in rice paper with lettuce and herbs. The real star is the dip: a thick peanut sauce with ground pork liver that adds a deeper, nuttier note. Fans only, plastic stools, very local.
