There are two things on the menu. Bánh bèo: little steamed rice cakes in saucers, topped with minced pork, wood ear and fried scallion. Bánh đập: a crisp rice cracker slapped over a soft rice sheet, dunked in sauce. Dishes come in sets of five and a few sets vanish fast. New to the Michelin Bib Gourmand list in 2026.
