Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard opened it in 2010, and it helped turn Randolph Street's warehouse strip into Chicago's restaurant row. The menu is sorted by ingredient, with a whole section just for goat, and plates are built to pass around the table. It's listed in the MICHELIN Guide, whose inspectors note the constant buzz and the smaller portions offered to solo diners.
