A dark diner-bar where smoke curls off the flat-top. The 'single' cheeseburger carries two patties and the 'double' three, which surprises everyone the first time. The move is thick peppered bacon plus a fried egg, and the moment the yolk runs into the cheese is the whole point. They don't take bookings, so lots of travellers simply turn up at opening time.
