By day a counter-service bakery, by night a 13-course modern Filipino tasting menu. In 2022 it became the first Filipino restaurant to win a Michelin star, and it has since been reported as promoted to two. Daytime means ube huckleberry cake, salted truffle croissants and the tocino breakfast, and the pastries sell out early. The dinner runs about two and a half hours.
