Cheese is pressed against the pan walls and left in the oven until it blackens into a crunchy, salty frico ring, and people honestly come for that edge as much as the pizza. Many arrive after seeing it in The Bear. It's a neighbourhood pub a little out of downtown, less touristy than the big names, and open late.
