A local brand buying beans directly from Akha hill-tribe farms, and always on the list of Chiang Mai's 'big three' coffees. The Phra Singh branch is a roomy two-storey house of orange brick and timber, with good window seats and a small terrace upstairs. The dirty latte, espresso poured over cold milk with no ice, is the one to order. Beans come in small bags, handy for gifts.
