Kitted out in a helmet and life jacket, you hike down through the jungle until the milky turquoise river appears. For the next three to four hours you scramble over boulders, float with the current and leap into pools from rocks anywhere from 3 to over 10 metres high. You can skip the big jumps and climb around them, so don't let nerves put you off. It ends at the three-tiered Kawasan Falls, where a bamboo raft takes you under the spray. Each group gets its own guide, who also shoots photos and video.
