Buckwheat from Bongpyeong is milled in the shop and pulled into noodles on the spot, and the place was newly added to the 2026 Michelin Guide Busan Bib Gourmand list. There are three bowls, cold broth, spicy mixed and perilla-oil, and the broth-forward cold one gets the most praise. The perilla-oil bowl is topped with whole sesame and tastes nutty. It is on the second floor of a Marine City building, and you can see the noodle room from the hall.
