A shop that sells only lángos, the fried bread Hungarians eat at lakesides and markets. Sour cream and cheese is the base, but the list runs past twenty: magyaros with bacon and red onion, goat cheese, even one topped with chicken paprikash. Fried to order, so edges crackle and the middle stays chewy. Garlic is free on most.
