A paraw is the Philippine sailing outrigger with bamboo floats on both sides. Sit or lie on the net slung between the hull and the floats and the sea rushes by just underneath; catch a gust and it moves faster than you'd think. Around sunset dozens of white sails crisscross the water off White Beach against the orange sky. No engine, so it's quiet, but expect to get splashed.
