A chain built on Bacolod-style chicken inasal: chicken marinated in lemongrass and calamansi, charcoal-grilled and brushed with orange annatto oil. Rice is unlimited, and staff walk the floor with a rice pot to top you up. Air-conditioned, so it's a cool midday refuge, and the halo-halo is cheap.
