A Manila-born grill chain, but the Boracay branch sits right on the sand, which is half the appeal. Order inihaw na pusit (whole charcoal-grilled squid), sisig (chopped pork sizzling on an iron plate) and kare-kare (oxtail in peanut sauce). Much of the menu is built for beer, so evenings turn into drinking sessions. There's a second branch at Station 2.
