A tiny bar with wine bottles stacked to the ceiling, run by the same family since 1914. There are no chairs: about thirty people stand at the bar and little ledges. The stars are montaditos built from top-quality tinned seafood on small bread; salmon with yoghurt and truffled honey is the house classic and turns up in nearly every review. There's a house-brewed beer and more than 500 wines, so you can switch glass by glass.
