A few steps from the Picasso Museum, people spill out the door of a narrow bar lined with blue tiles. The name is the drink: a lightly sweet house sparkling wine poured into small glasses. There are only a few tables; half the room eats standing at the bar. Pan con tomate, tortilla and Iberian pork with peppers come up again and again in reviews, and when someone tips, a staffer rings a bell and the room gets louder still.
