Climb the steps beside the fountains from Plaça d'Espanya and a domed palace sits on the hill. Inside, Romanesque murals lifted from small Pyrenean churches have been rebuilt room by room, apses and all, with a huge Christ looming over you. Gothic and Baroque halls follow, and the rooftop terrace gives a sweeping view of Plaça d'Espanya and the city.
