Tickets
200 baht for foreigners, cash at the gate (reported Sept–Oct 2026)
Address
158 Wang Doem Road, Bangkok Yai, directly across the river from Wat Pho

From a distance it reads as a grey spire, but up close the surface is thousands of broken Chinese porcelain shards and shells pressed into flower patterns. Climb the steep steps on the central prang's base and you look down on the river and the rooftops around Wat Pho. The lane outside is lined with Thai costume rental shops, and about half the people posing at the prang are in rented silk. See it from inside by day, then cross back to the Tha Tien riverbank at dusk for the lit-up silhouette.
