Jeh O is known for 'Mama O-ho': Thailand's Mama instant noodles cooked in tom yum and served in the pot. Add minced pork, seafood or big chunks of crab, then eat the hot, sour broth with rice or a minced-pork omelette. Nearly every table also has the crispy pork belly with glassy crackling. It's a Bib Gourmand in the 2025 Michelin Guide, which notes the rest of the menu is strong too. The queue starts as soon as it opens in the late afternoon.
