Mulia stretches along Sawangan beach at the southern end of Nusa Dua, its pools stepping down in tiers to white sand. It is a favourite with honeymooners, and plenty split their stay between a resort room and a few nights in a pool villa. Breakfast at The Cafe has its own fan club, and every rate we pulled on the booking site came with it. The grounds are so big that losing your way on day one is practically a rite of passage.
