Opened in 1990, this duck house is also called the Dirty Duck Diner; 'bebek bengil' means roughly that in Balinese. The duck is steamed with spices and then deep-fried, so the skin shatters and the meat stays juicy, served with rice, vegetables and sambal. Walk through to the back for pavilions looking over rice paddies; that view is why you come in daylight.
