Indonesian cooking on a first-floor terrace inside Potato Head, with the sunset out front. Recipes come from more than 600 islands, using bamboo grilling, fermentation and pit roasting. Dishes are made for sharing at communal tables. Cocktails use local spirits, some aged in handmade clay pots, and the restaurant itself says to try the sambal.
