Big beach clubs with a pool, bars, restaurants and daybeds right on the sand. Potato Head in Seminyak hides a lawn and an ocean-facing infinity pool behind a facade made of thousands of salvaged wooden window shutters, and the mood is fairly relaxed. FINNS in Canggu is a party: loud DJ sets, and sparkler-topped bottles coming out after dark. Basic entry is free at both, but poolside daybeds and booths come with a minimum spend. The standard plan is to arrive late afternoon, swim, then drift to the ocean edge for sunset.
