Fine dining inside the Viceroy Bali villa estate above a jungle valley. The art deco room channels 1930s colonial style, with a wine cellar on display. There is no a la carte: you pick a degustation, such as Signature, Avant-Garde or Romantic Candlelight, and vegan and vegetarian versions exist. Lunch needs booking 24 hours ahead, and the dress code is smart to formal.
