Waiheke's best-known winery, on a ridge of vines and lavender looking across the Hauraki Gulf to the Auckland skyline. It earned one star in the first Michelin Guide New Zealand in July 2026. There are two dining rooms, the formal Mudbrick Restaurant and the casual Archive Bistro, plus a separate tasting room. Visitors single out the bistro's lamb and the estate Syrah.
