An ibis budget a block off Queen Street, right in the middle of town. Rooms are small and tired, but they're studios with a sink and induction hob, so you can shop at the supermarket and cook, which is the whole point. Most of our dates came in at NZD 104–176, but Saturday 12 December jumped to NZD 341. Its 7.8 on Trip.com is the lowest on this list, so expect a room to sleep in and little more.
