Celebrity Kiwi chef Al Brown's casual eatery. Staff shuck oysters and clams non-stop at the bar while the wood oven at the back turns out mussels and fish. Oysters are sold one by one by region (Kerikeri, Kawhia, Marlborough and more), so you can taste your way around the coast. In 2026 it dropped bookings and went back to walk-ins only.
