An open kitchen, polished concrete, nothing stiff about it. Five chefs run the place together, so plates come with different hands behind them. Lamb belly, a wild-greens pita and a seasonal raw fish course turn up often. The menu follows the season, and it holds a 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand.
