A stroopwafel shop in a step-gabled building on a Kalverstraat corner. Fresh stroopwafels get dipped in chocolate and buried under cookie crumbs, toffee or marshmallows. TikTok made it famous, to the point that a doorman now manages the queue. In early 2024 Dutch media ran stories about the '€13 stroopwafel'; there are three sizes starting from a mini, so you can just get a taste.
