The red-brick brewery that made Heineken from 1867 is now one long walk-through show. You pass giant copper brew kettles that still smell of malt, ride a shaky 4D film from the point of view of a beer, and learn how the foam should sit in a tasting class. At the end, the bar staff pour you a pint with the head measured just so. The rooftop ticket adds another drink with a view over the city's roofs.
