An old 'brown café' on Kerkstraat, a block off Leidsestraat. Grilled spare ribs are the reason to come: a standard order is two racks, classic (glazed), smoked or a mix. Steaks and lamb chops are there too, but almost every table is pulling ribs apart by hand. They take no reservations at all; when it's full you're sent to wait at their sister bar across the street.
