It began in 1638 as a medicinal herb garden and never stopped. Glasshouses cover tropical, desert and subtropical plants, and in the butterfly house they land on shoulders. The city goes quiet here, and the benches invite long sits. It also works as a dry plan for a rainy afternoon.
