A farmhouse-style Hunan kitchen on Guihua Road, across from the Hilton. Reviews keep coming back to the Tujia three-pot (sanxia guo), with stone-pot fish also mentioned. The dining room is described as bright and comfortable. It sits in the hotel strip by the park, an easy walk for dinner.
