A beer garden with hundreds of seats under chestnut trees inside the Prater. The Kolarik family has run it for over a century and has poured Czech Budweiser Budvar on tap since 1926 (official). The star is Stelze, roast pork knuckle with crackling like a biscuit, sold by weight at €25.60 per kilo; one feeds two or three. The waiter slices it at the table like a Bundt cake. Open 15 March to 31 October only.
