A market strip between two avenues, running from Karlsplatz toward Kettenbrückengasse

From Karlsplatz, rows of green-roofed stalls run on and on: cheese, olives, dried fruit, spices and pickles, with kebab, seafood and Viennese places squeezed in between, perfect for grazing. On Saturday mornings a flea market sets up at the Kettenbrückengasse end with old china, photos and records. Look up along Linke Wienzeile for Otto Wagner's Majolica House, its façade covered in painted tiles.
