A seafood trattoria opened in 1954 by Fulvio Rado and still run by the family. Waiters dash around a big room of white tablecloths, and plate after plate of jet-black squid-ink spaghetti hits the tables. Fish is cooked simply to keep its own taste. It's an old-style, eat-and-go place rather than somewhere to linger.
