A small udon-ya that kneads and cuts its noodles by hand. The core of the menu is traditional udon served hot or cold, and the carbonara udon topped with fish roe is the kitchen having fun. Add inari sushi or a pressed sushi on the side and the meal fills out. The room is tight, so at peak hours you start by putting your name down at the door.
