A ground-floor restaurant in the big Kempinski hotel on the east side of town. Lonely Planet rates its Mongolian cooking among the best in the city, and its breakfast buffet is the part most guides rave about. Seating is comfortable, the hall is roomy and staff speak English. A few reviewers found the food average and the service slow.
