The building is shaped like a tilted shoebox and holds 4,500 years of footwear. Egyptian sandals, Chinese foot-binding shoes, pointed medieval poulaines and Inuit winter boots line up, with celebrity pairs in one corner. It's small enough to finish in an hour and you'll laugh more than once. Sundays are free.
