An aquarium on a building roof. Clear tanks open towards the sky, so looking up you see penguins flying overhead and sea lions crossing under city sky. Skyscrapers hang beyond the outdoor tanks, which makes the scene odd. Indoors, jellyfish and fish tanks follow. A good rainy-day stop in Ikebukuro.
