A small ramen shop on a residential Otsuka street. The signature is a tantanmen with a rich sesame broth and a Sichuan-pepper tingle, and that bowl earned the shop a Michelin star. There are only about ten seats, and guides warn of one- to two-hour waits at peak. When the soup runs out, the shop closes, so a late arrival can go home empty.
