An old tea wholesaler in a lane behind Senso-ji, making gelato with the Shizuoka tea specialist Nanaya. You pick your matcha strength from level 1 to 7, and No. 7 gets called the strongest matcha gelato in the world. There's also hojicha, genmaicha and black sesame, so most people get a double and mix.
