A loach restaurant in Komagata, a short walk from Senso-ji in Asakusa. The signature dojo nabe cooks whole loach in a shallow iron pan under a heap of scallions. It divides people, so a first-timer should split one pot. Open every day from 11:00 to about 21:00.
