Maisen's flagship, open since 1965, in a converted public bathhouse, which is why the back dining hall has such a high ceiling. It's known for fillet katsu soft enough to cut with chopsticks, with pricier cuts like Okita Farm black pork on offer too. The katsu sandwich sold in every department-store food hall started here. With 203 seats it's one of the easier big-name lunches around Omotesando.
