One of the most talked-about names for Tokyo yakiniku this year. It started in Ebisu and spread to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Roppongi; the Shibuya shop is tiny, ten counter seats and six at tables. The course runs from yukhoe beef tartare through three cuts of tongue, A5 sirloin and marinated short rib, and the staff grill almost all of it, with a burst of flame for the sauced sirloin. Every course includes free-flow drinks, draft beer too.
