A red-brick building closing off the end of Ketagalan Boulevard. Built under Japanese rule, its roughly 60 m central tower is visible from all along the road. The inside can be seen on free guided tours, but you must book ahead and bring your passport. If the tour does not fit your trip, the facade seen from the boulevard is already worth the stop.
