The sign of this place is the crowd out front, bowls in hand, spooning away. Thick, bonito-scented broth carries fine mee sua noodles and plenty of soft pork intestine; you eat it with a spoon, not chopsticks. A dab of the chili sauce, minced garlic and black vinegar by the counter wakes it right up. An easy snack stop while wandering Ximending.
