The shop of Tunghai University's own dairy plant, selling milk from the campus farm as fresh milk, yogurt, ice cream, ice pops, panna cotta and crème brûlée. You reach it on a tree-lined walk from Luce Memorial Chapel. Joining the students with an ice cream and wandering the campus lawns is the whole appeal.
