It started in 1945 as a caravan café that ex-boxer Harry 'Tiger' Edwards parked outside the naval dockyard gates; council rules made him move it a foot a day, hence the 'Wheels'. The Tiger pie is a meat pie buried under mushy peas, mash and gravy. Photos of Frank Sinatra and Elton John hang by the hatch, and Rosé from BLACKPINK is among the celebrities who've stopped by. Grab a kerbside table and you're staring at warships and yachts.
